A few of my experiments

This is a few of my experiments these ones were created through photo shop just to show what a story can look like the leaves used are from the pacific islands and are placed as to represent a cook island dance costume I wanted to loose the westernised way of thinking about the Cook Island dance costume and turn it in to something that tells a story. I wanted these works to show and represent a colonial form and reinstate the importance of tradition.
Whats working in this would be the way you interpret it, and how it may start a conversation on the culture and origin of my work.
Whats not working it still doesn't have the look I have in mind and you can still make out a lot of the words with in the work.
Which ruins my goal to achieve a piece that tells a story within its self.
