These are just some of the items used today in telling stories, each island is represented by the different types of objects, the only thing with this is that sometimes stories can be lost by using plastic objects and things that are made in China however re-creating and turning these items back into items from a culture is still keeping the tradition alive, as people are still drawn to the beauty and may question the heritage of the item.
This relates to my work as I plan to embrace my culture and tell a story through an object and photography.
