Experimentation with projection and photoshop pacific island story telling experiments

What is working I thought the projection piece had a strong message although maybe not pacific enough for the story I want to tell.

I really thought this piece made with photography and photoshop brought together the story that i was trying to express looking back on to what used to be my model was looking away from the camera the sunset is to show the beauty of the pacific I was experimenting with colours and how to combine different colours and the stories that can be told.

As you can see here just by changing the colour scheme it gives the look of a whole different story even though the subject is looking away from the camera

Here is another one where I have used an Island scene and used the same picture as a silhouette to represent the loss of culture and to show the beautify of what once was.

 These experiments have been photos which I have used to explore different ideas and ways to express

new ideas of how to tell a story.
