Experiments with sound image and colour

This is a gif that I made just experimenting with colours and pictures of my costume that i designed, I used certain colours to represent the islands and to make you think of tropical, also trying to tell a story from within my work of course the blue representing water, brown earth and i have also included the costume to represent the Cook Islands.

Whats not working would have to be the look it does not have the final result I am looking for 

Whats working the gif gives it the look as far as movement comes in, I wanted to have the clip look like a performance of the Cook Islands and perhaps a touch of the skirts movement with in a performance dance.
