That which feeds us, is all in the title legend has it that the importance of te malama aina is to take care of the earth that feeds us, Papatuanuku provides us with food and we must nuture and protect her to recieve.

The film highlights a way to address some of the most pressing environmental and health crises facing the island of Kauai - and of island Earth.
